Bio

Susan Greene teaches Legal Analysis, Writing, and Research. Since entering academia in 2013, Professor Greene has produced scholarship on subjects ranging from guardianship and elder law to practical solutions to legal writing challenges. In addition to Legal Analysis, Writing, and Research, she also has experience teaching Advanced Legal Analysis: Remedies; Analytic Principles; Professional Responsibility; and Pre-Bar. Before entering academia, Professor Greene was an associate at Simpson, Thacher & Bartlett, where she practiced corporate litigation, and she clerked for the Honorable William C. Conner of the Southern District of New York.

Professor Greene is a frequent presenter at conferences of the Legal Writing Institute and serves as an Editorial Board Member for The Second Draft and as a Deputy Editor for the American Bar Association Section of International Law Year in Review. She is also a Certified Yoga Teacher and a Certified Mindfulness and Meditation Teacher.

Professor Greene is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School, where she was the valedictorian of her graduating class, and Lehigh University.
