What’s next for you after commencement?

I will begin my career as a staff attorney at Nassau County Legal Aid.

What’s your favorite Hofstra Law memory?

During my time at Hofstra Law, I have thoroughly enjoyed the real-world experience I gained while participating in both the Defender Clinic and Veterans Legal Clinic. Being able to provide free legal services while learning what it truly means to be an advocate has been truly rewarding. From the clinics, I learned not only how to interact with clients but also review my own work and continue to strive to be a better advocate for my clients.

What’s next for you after commencement?

I accepted a position at the Prosecuting Attorney’s Office in Honolulu, Hawaii, as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney. I completed a summer internship there my 2L summer and accepted a return offer for a post-grad position.

What’s your favorite Hofstra Law memory?

One of my favorite Hofstra Law memories would be putting on the wrongful conviction panel with the other members of the executive board for the Criminal Justice Society. We had the opportunity to meet with and speak with the panelists who were wrongfully convicted and served collectively over 50 years at Sing Sing prison. Each of their stories were incredibly moving and inspired me to continue working in the criminal justice system to ensure conviction integrity. The event had a huge turn out and other students reached out to me to discuss how much of an impact the event had on their lives as well. It was very rewarding to hear how much it affected the lives of other students.

What’s next for you after commencement?

Taking the July Bar Exam and then working as an Assistant District Attorney at the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office.

What’s your favorite Hofstra Law memory?

Two memories come to mind. First, competing in four Interscholastic Mock Trial Competitions have been some of my most treasured memories. Not only did I get the chance to travel and meet other law students from all over the country, but I became a stronger and more confident advocate. Getting the chance to compete on behalf of Hofstra Law has been a wonderful experience. I am looking forward to applying the skills I honed during these competitions in my career beginning as a prosecutor.

Second, every time my friends Tyler, Dennis, Maggie, Rob and I would study for exams, we’d end up laughing so much about random things. This made the month leading up to finals more bearable and actually enjoyable. We would learn so much from one another amidst all the stress of finals.

What’s next for you after commencement?

I will be working at Lowenstein Sandler LLP as an associate in their corporate department.

What’s your favorite Hofstra Law memory? 

My favorite Hofstra Law memory was my time working in the Law Reform Advocacy Clinic. It is my favorite because it gave me first-hand experience on what it is like to be an attorney working on a high-stakes matter. I am immensely grateful to my colleagues in the clinic and Professor Krieger because I received exceptional lessons on teamwork, lessons that will benefit me professionally for my entire career.

What’s next for you after commencement?

I will be starting as a Litigation Associate at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson in September. Prior to that I will be focused on Bar Prep and getting ready to take the UBE in July.

What’s your favorite Hofstra Law memory? 

My favorite Hofstra Law memory was being able to take part in Moot Court, and more specifically the interscholastic team. In the Spring of 2023, my teammates and I won a Regional Championship at the ABA National Appellate Advocacy Competition and got the chance to represent the Law School on the national stage in Washington, D.C. Being supported by our coaches, faculty, and other law school students was a highlight of my law school career.

What’s next for you after commencement?

I will work as an Associate Attorney for Brand Counsel PC in Manhattan. I will help domestic and international clients, including individuals, businesses, and non-profits in the following industries: Fashion, Beauty, Technology, Metaverse, Sport, Art, Hospitality, Manufacturing, Health, Food, and Beverage

What’s your favorite Hofstra Law memory? 

My favorite memory at Hofstra Law was seeing my work published in the Family Court Review. Being recognized as a published author not only validated my skills as a legal writer but also reaffirmed my commitment to addressing important legal issues. This experience has taught me about advocating for causes close to my heart and has inspired me to continue making meaningful contributions to the legal field.

I will be starting as a Litigation Associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell.

What’s your favorite Hofstra Law memory?

My favorite Hofstra Law memory was being elected as the Managing Editor of Staff for the Hofstra Law Review. This experience has allowed me to learn how to lead an organization of people and balance friendships with work relationships. It also allowed me to take part in coordinating the membership selections for not only the Hofstra Law Review, but all the journals at Hofstra Law. This has by far been the one of the most rewarding experiences I have ever had.
