Biography
Professor Yunsieg P. Kim teaches civil procedure, antitrust, and internet law at Hofstra law. His research focuses on the law and economics of technological innovation and regulation. He holds a JD from Yale Law School, where he was an editor for the Yale Law Journal, a PhD in political science from the University of Michigan, a master’s degree in cybersecurity from New York University, a master's degree in economics from the University of Missouri, and a bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College.
Yunsieg has published in the University of Illinois Law Review, Wisconsin Law Review, Brigham Young University Law Review, and the Georgetown Law Journal Online, among others. He was nominated for the Best Academic Article (Digital) prize at the 2024 Antitrust Writing Awards, and he won the Best Student Article prize at the 2022 Antitrust Writing Awards. Previously, Yunsieg served as a law clerk at the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and was a litigation associate at King & Spalding LLP in Washington, D.C.
