Early Interview Program (EIP)

The EIP provides rising second- and third-year students the opportunity to apply for interviews with many of the largest international and national law firms; midsize and smaller firms; federal, state, and local government agencies; and a variety of public interest and not-for-profit organizations.

Spring Interview Program (SIP)

During the spring semester, Hofstra Law hosts dozens of employers seeking to hire summer interns and/or entry-level attorneys. Students may apply to as many employers as they wish, and employers may select all of the students they want to interview. The interviews are virtually conducted in March.

Recent Grads for Hire

Shortly after the bar exam, Hofstra OCS invites employers to recruit recent graduates for new entry-level positions that are available. The employers are able to select the graduates they wish to interview based on a submission of resume packets. In this way, recent graduates are given a focus to their job search, and employers are encouraged to hire the local Hofstra Law talent.
