For Employers

Posting your internship or job openings on Symplicity is an effective way to promote your opportunities to the broadest range of our students and alumni. Employers can post part-time, summer, postgraduate and lateral opportunities at any time. Employers are also invited to offer externship opportunities to students for credit. Employers must be approved for the externship program by Franca Sachs, Assistant Dean for Experiential Education.

Employers have the option of posting their openings directly on Symplicity or submitting their postings to the Office of Career Services and having us take care of the posting. You can also have the applications accumulate and allow the OCS submit them to you as a package.

To post a job on Symplicity, sign in or create an account. [Note that if you are already in our system, you may need to reset your password.] If you have any questions regarding logging-in or posting a job, please contact us at (516) 463-5871 or

Please note that Hofstra Law does not permit for-profit employers from posting non-paying positions on Symplicity unless the employer completes and returns to us a certification that the employer is exempt from applicable minimum wage laws.
