To celebrate 30 years of preeminent publication, the Hofstra Labor & Employment Law Journal is proud to hold the Journal’s 30th Anniversary Symposium in New York City.
This year’s Symposium will address key changes in labor and employment law over the past 30 years and will include four 90-minute panel discussions on different substantive labor and employment law matters.
The topics that will be addressed are: ERISA and employee benefits; traditional labor law; arbitration and mediation in labor and employment law; and employment discrimination.
The 16 distinguished panelists represent a wide range of industry-leading law firms — Littler Mendelson P.C., Seyfarth Shaw LLP, Jackson Lewis LLP, Paul Hastings LLP, Dechert LLP, Outten & Golden LLP, and Archer, Byington, Glennon & Levine, LLP — and top academic institutions — New York University School of Law, University of Kentucky College of Law, University of Connecticut School of Law, St. John’s University School of Law, Maurice A.
