If you would like the Office of Career Services to handle the posting for you, please complete and return to us our Job Posting Request Form and Statement of Non-Discrimination. These documents can be returned via fax to 516-463-7351 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that Hofstra Law does not permit for-profit employers from posting non-paying positions on Symplicity unless the employer completes and returns to us a certification that the employer is exempt from applicable minimum wage laws.
Our Fall On-Campus Interview Program (Fall OCI) provides second-, third- and fourth-year students the opportunity to apply for interviews with many of the largest international and national law firms; federal, state and local government agencies; and a variety of public interest and not-for-profit organizations.
Fall OCI typically runs from mid-August to late October each year and kicks off with an Early Interview Program that takes place at a central location in Manhattan (for the past several years, the Early Interview Program has been hosted at the Princeton Club). Interviews occurring after completion of the Early Interview Program will take place on the Hofstra campus.
Employers interviewing Hofstra Law students in connection with Fall OCI select 100 percent of the students they wish to interview.
Employers who are not able to conduct on-campus interviews during the fall recruiting season are also welcome to participate in our Resume Collection Program. Through this program, employers will receive from Hofstra Law a packet containing the application materials for all the students wishing to interview with that employer. The employer is free to invite selected students to their offices for an interview.
There is no fee to employers to participate in the Fall OCI and Resume Collection programs.
If you would like to participate in our Fall OCI and Resume Collection programs, please complete and return to us our Program Registration Form and Statement of Non-Discrimination.

In addition to our Fall OCI and Resume Collection programs, Hofstra Law also hosts a smaller spring program. This program is generally geared toward facilitating interviews for first-year students for summer internships; however, the program is open to all students who are seeking summer internships and, in some cases, postgraduate employment.
The spring program runs from mid-February to late April each year. There is no fee to participate in this program, and employers select 100 percent of the students they wish to interview.
Hofstra Law is committed to a policy against discrimination in employment on the ground of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, handicap or disability, or sexual orientation. The Career Services facilities of the Law School are available only to employers whose practices are consistent with this policy.
