In response to COVID-19, Hofstra courses are being delivered online. For the latest updates, visit our COVID-19 website.

Hofstra Law is also accepting GRE scores in lieu of the LSAT due to the cancellation of the LSATs. LEARN MORE

In response to the COVID-19 crisis and the cancellation of LSATs, Hofstra Law will accept GRE scores in lieu of the LSAT.

If you have already taken the LSAT you do not qualify to be a GRE applicant, as we are accepting the GRE in lieu of the LSAT and not as a replacement of the LSAT exam.

For students taking the GRE:

Four score reports are included for free with GRE registration. These free score reports can be sent out on test day at the test center. At the very end of the test, if you don’t cancel the test, you can select up for four school recipients for your free scores. You must provide Hofstra Law’s school code 4813. The scores selected on test day will be sent directly to Hofstra Law, and will be received in 10-15 days.

For students who have already taken the GRE:

Log into your ETS account and order a score report to be sent to Hofstra Law using school code 4813. Your scores will be sent directly to Hofstra Law, and will be received in 3-7 days.

You must select that all of your scores are sent to Hofstra Law and not just individual test results.

Hofstra Law, situated on the 240-acre Hofstra University main campus, provides a rich and vibrant community for students studying the law.

The Hofstra campus is a member in good standing of the American Public Gardens Association and one of only 430 arboreta in the United States. Students can enjoy many campus amenities, such as a sports arena, walking trails, museums and much more.

Virtual Tour

Choosing a law school means choosing your new home for the next three years. While we can’t be on campus, we created a series of eight virtual tours so that you can still see the Law School building and get a glimpse of the Hofstra Law experience.
