Hofstra Law Salutes Judicial Alums at In Honor of Justice Dinner

Photo credit: Glenn Tarquinio.In tribute to its 116 alumni members of the judiciary, Hofstra Law School hosted an “In Honor of Justice” dinner at the Hilton New York Hotel on Thursday, January 28, 2010.
Held in conjunction with the New York State Bar Association Annual Meeting, this event helped to support the 2010 Public Justice Foundation Fellowships. This year’s 2010 Public Justice Foundation Honoree was Neil Hernandez (Class of ‘95).
Among the alumni members of the judiciary are four justices currently serving on the New York State Appellate Division level. These special guests included: The Honorable Leonard B. Austin (‘77), The Honorable Joseph Covello (‘79), The Honorable Sallie Manzanet-Daniels (‘88), and The Honorable Sandra L. Sgroi (‘78).
