Leon Stern Criminal Courts Bar Association of Nassau County Award

Awarded to a graduating student who demonstrates an interest in criminal law and trial advocacy, shows an involvement in community-based legal and/or civic activities, and has financial need.

Established by the Criminal Courts Bar Association of Nassau County in memory of Leon Stern, who served as an assistant district attorney in Nassau County as well as president of the Criminal Courts Bar Association.

Benjamin Weintraub and Alan N. Resnick Bankruptcy Law Award

Awarded to the graduating student who is most likely to make a significant contribution to the field of bankruptcy law.
