Biography

Bennett J. Wasserman has focused his practice on the law governing lawyers, with emphasis on legal malpractice, professional responsibility, lawyer advertising, billing disputes and the fiduciary duties of practicing lawyers. For more than 30 years, he has been deeply involved in the prosecution, defense and resolution of substantial claims in these areas. A significant part of his law practice is devoted to serving as a consultant and expert witness to lawyers, law firms and professional liability insurers in legal malpractice litigation.
