Marc L. Hamroff

Marc L. Hamroff serves as the Managing Partner of the Garden City law firm of Moritt Hock & Hamroff LLP. In addition, Mr. Hamroff heads the firm's Financial Services Practice Group, which includes the bankruptcy, equipment leasing, secured lending, and creditors’ rights groups, where he represents secured lenders, banks and lessors in documenting and closing financial transactions and provides special concentration in litigation, workout and bankruptcy matters nationwide. His practice also includes heading up the restructure, turnaround and bankruptcy exit strategies for various health care workouts, including DIP lending, cash collateral structures and asset sales of assisted living facilities, nursing homes and regional hospitals.
In addition to his practice, Mr. Hamroff regularly provides educational and strategic seminars on issues affecting the leasing and secured lending community, and as a published author, he has written numerous articles on various topics related to the financing industry. Mr. Hamroff is also a member of the Board of Directors of the American Heart Association — Long Island Division and of the Long Island Council on Alcoholism & Drug Dependence.
