Job Fair: Employers

On November 13, 2017 — shortly after the Uniform Bar Exam results are released — the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University will be hosting a Job Fair, to be held from 5-9 p.m. at the Sondra and David S. Mack Student Center Multipurpose Room on the North Campus of Hofstra University in Hempstead, New York. Interviews start at 5 p.m. sharp. Doors open at 4 p.m.

We are pleased to provide select employers the opportunity to review the resumes of our recent graduates and to interview select candidates during the job fair. You will receive resumes on or about October 31, and will have one week to review and select candidates to interview.

They are well prepared as entry-level associates in these practice areas.

WE TEACH THE BUSINESS OF LAWYERING  In addition to the vast experiential learning opportunities Hofstra Law provides (e.g., practical externships, clinical practicums and clinics) most second and third-year students work 20 hours/week while in law school full-time during their summers. Moreover, many of our students enroll at Hofstra Law having prior careers or prior valuable work experience and are business savvy.
