Application Process

You must include a nonrefundable deposit of $300. Checks should be made payable to Hofstra University. You may also pay the deposit with a MasterCard or Visa card. Those who pay with a credit card are subject to an additional 2.75 percent handling fee. The full payment must be received by April 26, 2013. Students will be accepted into the program in the order in which they apply.

Cancellation

Hofstra Law reserves the right to alter or cancel the program should circumstances warrant, including lack of sufficient registration. If the program was to be canceled, Hofstra Law would promptly refund all payments and deposits, and every effort would be made to help students enroll in other foreign programs of their choice.

If a student withdraws from a program by letter postmarked on or before April 26, 2013, all tuition payments will be refunded except for the nonrefundable $300 deposit. No refunds of tuition will be made for registrant cancellations after April 26, 2013.
