September 19, 2011: Hofstra Law hosts Richard Socarides ’79 and Theodore Boutrous. The lecture, “Marriage Equality and the Courts,” was sponsored by OUTLaw and the LGBT Rights Fellowship and featured a discussion on the current state of marriage equality in the courts, the policy debate, and the strategy behind the historic challenge to California’s Proposition 8.
