In recognition of a 2004 nationwide
Harvard Law Review survey
of the state of legal scholarship, we will give preference to articles
under 25,000 words in length - the equivalent of 50 law journal pages -
including text and footnotes. We will not publish articles exceeding
35,000 words - the equivalent of 70-75 law journal pages - except in
extraordinary circumstances. Citations should follow the form prescribed
in
A Uniform System of Citation (18th ed. 2000).
