The Hofstra Law Review is the flagship journal of Hofstra University School of Law, a private institution located 25 miles east of New York City. Since our inaugural issue in 1973, the Hofstra Law Review has earned and maintained a reputation as a professional and well-regarded journal. Currently in our 37th volume, the Hofstra Law Review is published quarterly (fall, winter, spring, summer).
