Biography
Christine Lunsford joined Hofstra Law School as the Director of Development in September 2010. She is responsible for cultivating and identifying new donor prospects, increasing Dean’s Circle giving and building scholarship support. Prior to joining the Hofstra Law community, Christine was the Annual Fund Director at the Brearley School, a K-12 independent girls school in Manhattan, where she ran a $3.5 million annual fundraising campaign. Her prior experience includes the American Camp Association, where she raised $1 million annually to bring overnight summer camp experiences to underprivileged children in the five boroughs. She also worked at The Paul Taylor Dance Company, an innovator and leader in American Modern Dance, where she organized events and secured trustee support. Christine resides in Baldwin, N.Y., and is a founding member and Treasurer of the nonprofit organization The Well of Hope.
Christine received her B.A. in Dance from Hofstra University. While there, she volunteered in the Admissions Ambassador Program to welcome prospective students visiting campus for the first time and provide tours.
