As the reference/electronic services librarian for the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, Marin Dell is responsible for providing reference, research and instructional services to law students, law faculty and other library patrons. She is the contact for Lexis/Westlaw issues and passwords, as well as questions regarding the setup of TWEN course pages. She updates the Law Library’s Web pages and is the library’s technology and social networking contact. Her other duties include assisting with the administration of the library RA program, Research Assistant/Law Review research training and various other legal research courses for the incoming 1L class. Prior to coming to Hofstra Law, Ms. Dell spent more than five years as a public services librarian at the FSU College of Law Research Center in Tallahassee, Florida. She is an active member of the California Bar and has experience in the field of California family law, domestic violence and guardianships. Her areas of interest are legal research, social media, legal technology and privacy.
