Biography
After graduation from law school, Professor Schnapp worked as an associate at Cravath, Swain & Moore in the litigation department until 1981. He then moved to the United States Attorney’s Office in the Southern District of Florida, where he served as Chief of the Public Corruption Section and Chief of the Criminal Division. In 1989, he became a partner in the Miami office of Greenberg Traurig, P.A., where he specializes in white collar criminal defense, government investigations, and complex civil litigation. He currently serves on the Florida Federal Judicial Nominating Commission, as well as the Committee on Attorney Admissions for the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
