Biography
After graduating from Columbia Law School, Professor Granne clerked with the Honorable Walter K. Stapleton of the United States Court of Appeals of the Third Circuit. Mr. Granne then worked as an associate at Clearly Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton, where he was involved in a wide range of international litigation. He then moved to Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale & Dorr LLP, where as an associate he worked on complex litigation and conducted investigations into alleged violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, as well as violations of trade secret and espionage law. He has been a Visiting Assistant Professor of Law at Seton Hall Law School since 2007, where he taught Civil Procedure, International Litigation and Arbitration.Mr. Granne’s scholarly interests involve transnational law and international business transactions. He recently published an article in the U.C. Davis Law Review and has presented other works in progress at academic workshops.
