Biography

Upon graduation from law school, Professor Boyarin worked as an associate at Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe, LLP in California, where he worked on complex business, employment and intellectual property matters. He has had a considerable amount of experience in mediation, in addition to his work in private practice. He has also been a member of the planning group on Collaborative Practice and Law School Education for the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals.
