Biography

Michael Steinberg is an associate in the Corporate Department of Davis Polk & Wardwell, where he represents domestic and foreign financial institutions in corporate transactions. Mr. Steinberg received his J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was a James Kent Scholar, a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and the submissions editor of the Columbia Business Law Review. He graduated, summa cum laude, from Touro College, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
