Biography

Andrew H. Lupu has practiced in the area of antitrust law for over twenty years and is pleased to join Hofstra’s faculty for Fall 2008. Having a solo practice and also consulting with Axiom Legal, Andrew concentrates in the areas of intellectual property, technology licensing, and privacy compliance, and has worked for large and small technology concerns worldwide. He has recently taught antitrust law as well as privacy law at the Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center. Mr. Lupu attended New York Law School and was a member of its Human Rights Journal.
