Biography
Gary F. Knobel is a law clerk to Hofstra Law School alumnus and to New York State Supreme Court Justice Anthony L. Parga. Mr. Knobel has also served as a law clerk and counselor to four other judges, all of whom were assigned to oversee civil cases. He researches and drafts more than 700 decisions annually, and is responsible for managing and conferencing a fluctuating caseload of 400 civil cases. In addition to his public service, Mr. Knobel was an attorney in New York University's Office of Legal Counsel. Mr. Knobel has lectured on aspects of New York civil practice at the Nassau County Bar Association and the New York State Trial Lawyers Institute.
