Biography

Professor Herzbach is a partner in the firm of Certilman Balin Adler & Hyman, which specializes in cooperative, condominium, and community association law. He was a member of Hofstra Law School's inaugural class. He was formerly an assistant attorney general in the New York State Attorney General's Office. There he gained his expertise in the New York State agency responsible for registering and enforcing public offering statements for all types of community associations that are offered for sale in and from New York State. He is an active member of the Nassau County and New York State Bar Associations. He is a member of the Committee of Cooperatives and Condominiums of the New York State Bar Association.
