Biography
Prior to moving to Hofstra, Jessica worked for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of State, and was the Chief of the Division of Campaign Finance and Lobbying Disclosure, monitoring all campaign fundraising and lobbying activities in Pennsylvania. Jessica also administered the Commonwealth's voting system certification program and assisted with the transition to electronic voting systems in Pennsylvania. Prior to her work in Campaign Finance and Lobbying, she was Chief of the Division of HAVA (Help America Vote Act) and responsible for overseeing distribution and monitoring of HAVA federal grant money. Jessica graduated from Gettysburg College in May 2004, with a B.A. in Peace and Conflict Studies. Upon graduation, she moved to Belfast, Northern Ireland and attended the University of Ulster, where she attained an M.A. in Local History. The Administrative Coordinator of the Institute for the Study of Conflict Transformation (ISCT), Health Law Fellowship and Development Research is a new member of the administration.
