Biography

Shawn D. McShay joined Hofstra Law School as Director of Enrollment Management in May 2009. Prior to joining the Hofstra Law community, Shawn was an administrator at Fordham Law School in Midtown Manhattan. Shawn's career in law school administration started at The George Washington University Law School (DC) in the Office of Financial Aid. After serving the student population as a Financial Aid Counselor for a few years, Shawn switched gears to join the Office of Admissions.

At Hofstra, Shawn assists the Assistant Dean of Enrollment Management by providing leadership in advancing the school's enrollment and recruitment goals. This will allow Shawn to work with current and prospective students in an effort to promote Hofstra's educational programs.
