Biography

Kami Crary joined Hofstra Law School as Director of Special Events in August of 2009. A native of the Catskill NY region, Kami spent an extended period living and working in Massachusetts and managed events for Brown University Graduate School before returning to New York to join the Hofstra family. She has extensive experience in fundraising, event management, program direction, and marketing communications in the nonprofit, corporate and collegiate environments. Her prior positions include Special Event Manager for The Genesis Fund, Program Director for Therapy and the Performing Arts and Northeast Marketing Analyst for Cingular Wireless in their sports marketing, event management and community relations department. Kami holds a M.A. from Emerson College and her Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Marist College.
