Your Hofstra e-mail account is how you will receive most of your correspondence at the law school. If you are forwarding your e-mails to an outside account please make sure your spam filter is not blocking your e-mails from Hofstra. |

Students Requirements Review what requirements are missing from your financial aid record and contact the appropriate office to complete the requirement. |

Cost of Attendance Cost of Attendance (COA, also known as your "budget") includes: tuition and fees, room and board, allowances for books and supplies, transportation, and personal and incidental expenses. Loan fees, if applicable, may also be included in the COA. Child care and expenses for disabilities may also be included at the discretion of the Financial Aid Office. |

Award Summary This screen provides details on the breakdown of your financial aid package according to amount, type of aid, and indicates whether you have accepted or declined each source of aid. |

On the award history screen you can compare the current year’s financial award with the previous year(s) awards. |

Account Summary The Account Summary provides a list of your charges, payments and account balance. Have your loans have been disbursed to Hofstra? Do you still owe Hofstra money? Are you are eligible for a refund request? After your account reflects a negative balance, you may then submit a refund request form to the Office of Student Accounts. |
