Regional Representative Program

As Hofstra Law School continues to enroll more students from out of state (40% currently), the role of alumni in attracting these students, assisting them during law school and helping them prepare to enter the legal profession, is vital. Hofstra Law School's Regional Representative program focuses on alumni willing to talk to potential and current students from their state and region. As a Regional Representative you would be invited to Accepted Students Receptions and Yield Dinners sponsored by the Office of Enrollment Management. You would also be asked to contact potential students by phone or e-mail to answer questions and relay experiences about Hofstra Law School. Regional Representatives may also choose to become mentors to current students from their region or those wishing to relocate. It is up to you to decide the extent of your involvement, but even minimal participation can make a substantial impact.
