Recruitment & Admissions
The Admissions Office welcomes the assistance of alumni from around the country in the recruiting process. Alumni represent the School of Law at admissions forums which are held each fall throughout the nation. | more |

• Represent Hofstra at recruitment events
• Inform the Office of Admission of potential applicants
• Host an event for accepted students and alumni
• Contact admitted students in your area by phone or e-mail
• Attend an Accepted Students’ Reception or other events

Alumni Association
The Hofstra Law School Alumni Association works cooperatively with the faculty and administration to organize alumni events, reunions, and fundraisers as well as assure that alumni interests are represented in decisions. | more |

• Attend Hofstra Law alumni events
• Organize a class reunion or other alumni event
• Participate in the Alumni Mentoring Program
• Serve on an Alumni Association committee

Professional Development
Now that you have some perspective and expertise, and have been through some of the ups and downs of practice, share your insights with a law student just starting out.

• Speak on campus at practice area career panels
• Offer current students and recent alumni career advice
• Advertise career opportunities at the Office of Career Services
• Serve as a regional representative for students and alumni from out of state
• Attend CLE programs, conferences and skills training
