Word spread quickly about last month’s Recent Alumni Mixer. This event hosted 68 alumni and was co-sponsored by Hofstra Law School, the Recent Alumni Committee and the law firm of Silberstein, Awad and Miklos PC. Dean Demleitner spoke of the vital role that alumni play in preserving the spirit of the Law School and theRecent Alumni Sub-Committee Chairs shared many exciting initiatives currently in the works. The Recent Alumni Committee, which was formed as a means to contribute to the long–term growth, stability and support of the Law School through advisement, career mentoring, special events, fund-raising, networking and recruitment, is a great way to stay connected to your alma mater.
