Application Process
You must include a nonrefundable deposit of $300. Checks should be made payable to Hofstra Law School. You may also pay the deposit with a Master card or Visa card.
Students will be accepted into the program in the order in which they apply.
Cancellation
Hofstra Law School reserves the right to alter or cancel the program should circumstances warrant, including lack of sufficient registration. If the program was to be canceled, Hofstra Law School would promptly refund all payments and deposits, and every effort would be made to help students enroll in other foreign programs of their choice.
If a student withdraws from a program by letter postmarked on or before November 6, 2009, all tuition payments will be refunded except for the nonrefundable $300 registration fee. No refunds of tuition will be made for registrant cancellations after November 6, 2009.
