Hofstra University Dining Services offers 20 conveniently situated campus locations.
Right next to the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, Café on the Quad features Starbucks coffee and an assortment of fresh-baked goods. Also nearby is Au Bon Pain at Hofstra Deli, a French-bakery café with sandwiches, salads, soups, baked goods and more.
As you go north on campus, you’ll find Bits ’n Bytes Café Bistro, a visually exciting environment that offers a wide range of food concepts, including made-to-order chopped salads, West Coast-style Sicilian pizza and other Italian cuisine, The Panini Shoppe, and a BYOB — Build Your Own Burger — counter. The newly renovated café also houses Red Mango, featuring healthy and delicious frozen yogurt, parfaits, iced teas and smoothies.
The Sondra and David S. Mack Student Center, situated at the core of the campus, is home to the Student Center Café, which includes Pan Asia, Picante’s Mexican specialties, Breads and Spreads Deli, The Omelet Pan, Action Stations featuring seasonal specialties, a self-serve gourmet salad bar, and the brand-new Fernando’s Fish Market.
Also within the Student Center is a Juice Event station, offering fresh-squeezed juices, smoothies, wheatgrass shots, hand-rolled pretzels and an old-fashioned ice cream bar; Sbarro, serving a range of delicious Italian entrees such as baked ziti and spaghetti, in addition to Sbarro’s famous pizza (open until 2 a.m.); Nature’s Organic Grille, offering organic wraps, burgers and pastas; Taro 13 sushi bar; Eli’s Kosher Kitchen; and Café on the Corner, proudly serving Starbucks beverages as well as a variety of delicious scones, muffins, pastries and cupcakes.
Dutch Treats, a classic convenience store offering groceries, delicious snacks, hearty sandwiches and salads, is on the residential side of campus and is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
